Prior to embroidering, we will contact you via email, text, or message to confirm the placement of words. For clear communication, include your contact info (phone number or Instagram handle) in the "Personalization" section.

Processing Time: 10-12 weeks from order date not including Shipping time.
Satin (Top Portion) Material: Customize your graduation stole with a variety of colors, including Blue, Navy, Black, White, Red, Green, Hot Pink, Yellow, Grey, and more. Color as listed only.
Bottom Stole Textile Trimming: Choose from a selection of trimmings made from Houl Silk, Seung Khmer (handwoven fabric from Cambodia) Must select trimming from step 2 $0.00 listing. Your order will be on hold/delayed if item is not selected.
Dangle Beadings: Please go to Add-On Customization Dangle Beadings and add item to cart if you are interested in adding to your stole.
Slanted/Angle or Straight Cut: Please keep in mind, there is no border if you choose Slanted/Angle, border where the angle is cut will be made upon request only.
Ordering with Flag: Please indicate the flag you like on the Stole, if ordering with Flag Option.
Letters Threading : Gold, White, Pink, Red, Black, Blue, Navy, etc.
Solid Border or Zigzag: If choosing Solid Border, kindly specify the color of your preference for the border, such as red, blue, white, black, silver, and white. If opting for zigzag, only gold is available.🎓 Personalize your graduation stole, example but not subject to:

Please note that colors may differ slightly and variations may exist between the physical product and the displayed product on your screen.
All Sales for our Custom Graduation Stole are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges. There is a 30% processing Fee for all Cancellations, must be requested before the embroidery process. There will be no refund once Stole is Embroidered!
For changes to the stole color prior to embroidery, a fee of $30 will apply. Please double-check to ensure the chosen color meets your requirements.
